A Very Lazy Girl

So. After lots of hemming and hawing, I finally got me my own site, hosted kindly on defragment‘s server. Thank you!!~

I’ve been asking myself the past few days, what in the world am I going to write about here? Well, since health and spirituality seem to be my themes for 2009, I guess those will come up every so often. ^^ In fact, I should probably insert a standard disclaimer here – there’s no science behind what I’ll write (unless otherwise referenced), my thoughts on various things are often undergoing my own inspection even as I write them, and I don’t need to have everything substantiated before I can believe in something, so if you find what I write weird and/or offensive (and possibly airy-fairy), I beg you, if you don’t like it, be kind to both of us and stop reading.

moving on…

The other thing is I’m experiencing what the media calls “green fatigue” – I really want to do the right thing ecologically, but there’s just too much information out there and I’m totally clueless beyond the standard things like “reduce, reuse, recycle”, and rejecting plastic bags etc. So I’d like to figure out simple rules and changes to make that will give me some guidelines on living sustainably.

So I guess those few things are what I want to focus on this year. Ultimately, I’m looking for simple and efficient anything/everything, simply because I’m a Very Lazy Girl.
